I live in Graton, California and with my beautiful family. My first language is Spanish and my second language is English. My husband's family is from Yelapa, Mexico - one of the most charming spots in the world. We are building homes to rent there and we are helping my inlaws rent their home as well.
***WANT TO HAVE AN AQUATIC ADVENTURE? -We have our own boat. -We can go fishing, snorkeling, visit nearby towns, whale watch (when it is in season) and visit the famous Marietas Island. -We also offer special trips and pick you up in Puerto Vallarta or Boca De Tomatlan.

-Everyone walks here! Or takes an ATV or donkey. There are no cars. It's hilly so bring your walking shoes.
-In Yelapa you can visit the Cascada del Pueblo, go to the main beach there you can choose a restaurant to eat.
-To ride a horse.
-Or simply go for a walk and get to know some part of Yelapa.
-Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.
-Guest is responsible for damaged or lost items. Daily cleaning is not included in regular reservations. If you require cleaning, it is available for a fee of $35 US. A full cleaning is provided for stays longer than 10 days.
-If you smoke, please smoke outside.
- No parties in our home. Please respect and care for it as if it was yours. -
- Quiet hrs begin at 10pm and end at 9am.
-If you lose the key, YOU will be charged $100 USD.-
We have a single access for all the houses, each house has its main door, only the corridors are shared to reach each one! We are 5 mins from town, 3 mins from the little beach, and 10 - 15mins from the main beach. It's a great location as we are tucked back in the jungle enough to be away from the noise of the pueblo but close enough to everything that it's super convenient.
We have grocery stores nearby, there you can find the basics to prepare your own food.
-We have HIGH SPEED INTERNET! Air conditioning information: only available at night during the low season (May-October) from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Out in the morning. Not available during the day, so head to the beach and enjoy a swim. It is not available during the high season (November - April) as the weather is ideal at this time of year. If you need air conditioning outside of these hours, there is an additional daily fee of $ 25 USD.
