-Check-in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm, check-out is at 12 pm noon.
- The guest is responsible for damaged or lost items. Daily cleaning is not included in regular reservations. If you need a cleaning it is available for a charge of $35 USA.
-A full cleaning is provided for stays longer than 10 days.
If you smoke, please smoke outside.
- No parties in our home. Please respect and care for it as if it was yours. - - Quiet hrs begin at 10pm and end at 9am. -If you lose the key, YOU will be charged $100 USD.
